Kevin McCloskey - Owner

Kevin is an Award-Winning NARI Certified Kitchen and Bath remodeler with over 30 years of experience an part-owner of Craftsmen.

Kevin's projects have been featured in Local and National magazines.

Doug Readnower - Owner

Doug Readnower is part-owner of Craftsmen and is an experienced (over 30 years) designer and remodeler. He started his career after college as a Certified Public Accountant for ten years.

Due to his keen interest in remodeling (learned from his father as he grew up) Doug eventually started building room additions where he learned housing design and structural engineering of residential construction.

In 1993, he co-founded Craftsmen and specialized in kitchen and bath design. Doug says the most important element in starting a successful remodeling company is attention to detail and doing whatever it takes to satisfy the customer.

Doug is married and proud father of five children, five grandchildren and four dogs.

Pete Garich

Pete Garich has nearly 13 years experience in the home remodeling industry. He is hard working and enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter and son on his day off.

As one of the top design consultants in the Miami Valley, you can expect dedication to duty and attention to detail.

He will assure your project will be completed within budget and in a timely manner. Pete and Craftsmen strive to exceed your expectations.

 

 

 

David Preston

David Preston has been one of our Kitchen and Bath Specialists since 2006. He has been designing kitchens and bathrooms for over 10 years. His attention to detail on projects makes him invaluable in providing superior design and customer support from the initial design stages until the completion of the project.

While attending Morehead University, David studied computer programming with a specialty in web development as well as CAD related courses.

David is married and the proud father of one son. When David is not working, you can always find him spending time with his wife and son.

Hank Adler

Hank has over 30 years experience in home design, new home construction and home remodeling. He has been married (to the same woman) for over 40 years.

Past experience has taught him to listen to what you are asking and then develop a plan to satisfy your objectives within your budget. Unlike many designers, Hank will stay in touch with you and will coordinate efforts between our installers and you.

He is as close as your phone and can be reached on his cell phone around the clock. He looks forward to working with you.

 

 

 

Charles Ryan

Charles Ryan recently relocated to the Dayton area from Madison, Wisconsin. While there, he worked for U.S. Cellular for 13 years as an Account Executive for both the Printing & Mailing Center and the Accounts Payable Department.

Charles holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Edgewood College, and he enjoyed applying his technical skills in his previous positions.  Charles has experience being his own “handy man” around the house, and thus has first-hand knowledge of the remodeling process.

Joining Craftsmen not only marks his return to sales after a hiatus, it also allows him to help his clients realize their home improvement dreams. Charles lives with his wife and children in Beavercreek, Ohio.

 

Greg Despain

Greg Despain has been one of Craftsmen's kitchen and bath designers since 2010. He has an extensive knowledge of all exterior products as well. He has more than 18 years of hands on experience in the building and renovation fields from design to completion.

Greg's knowledge of building materials, current trends and design techniques results in an outstanding custom project emblematic of the quality standards and attention to detail for which he is proudly known. It is Greg's goal to meet and exceed your expectations during your custom project.

Greg acts as the clients primary contact and believes it is his job to guide homeowners to make the right decisions and selections in order to achieve what the customer has envisioned. Greg's commitment to this goal begins with the first handshake and continues even beyond Craftsmen's warranty.

 

Wanda Heronemus

Wanda has been in the construction and remodeling business as a Full Charge Bookkeeper and Office Manager for over 25 years, having over 12 years with Craftsmen Home Improvements.

Her role with Craftsmen is to provide the best possible customer service.

Wanda has been married to her husband for 22 years and is the mother of 5 children and grandmother of 8 grandchildren. When not at work she enjoys spending time with her family.

 

Darin Brehm

Darin is the Sales Manager at Craftsmen and has over 27 years of experience in the home improvement and insurance industry. Darin Lives in Centerville and is the father of five children. He enjoys spending time with his family and attending sporting events.

My goal is to make sure that you have quality products and installation at a reasonable price and to build a relationship with customers so that craftsmen will satisfy all of your  home improvement needs

 

Ben Ramsey

Ben is one of our Outdoor Product Representatives that has been in the home improvement business for 6 years. "It is my job to make every individuals experience with home improvements a comfortable experience. With all projects it is about being comfortable and confident."

Ben's goals are to give every customer the quality and satisfaction they deserve at a competitive price. Also to build a relationship that lasts forever.
