Comparison prices must be from a contractor who meets all of the following qualifications:
- Fully Licensed with Worker's Compensation
- Minimum $1 Million Liability Insurance Policy
- Has Been in Business under the Same Name for at Least 5 Years
- Detailed Floor plan and Written Contract Specifying the Scope of the Work to be Performed
- Minimum 3 Year Labor Warranty
- Has previously performed this type of work
- Good Standings with the Better Business Bureau
