The construction team (Rick and Hunter) were exceptional, and we immediately felt at ease with them in our home. They offered great insights and had super suggestions. We recently completed a full basement remodel and had a great experience from start to finish. Jason guided the design and process every step of the way and connected us with excellent companies for major plumbing and waterproofing. Micah, our lead installer, was outstanding. We would absolutely request him again for future projects. His suggestions along the way made a big impact on the final result. They communicated well and followed through on every step of the remodeling process. There was no pressure tactics applied. Highly recommend the Craftsmen’s team of Jim and Kim! Project was a remodel of an upstairs bath followed by the master bath right after the other. Loved how they asked all the right questions to ensure we had the design we wanted and the design we didn’t realize we needed. Very happy with both bathrooms!
We did a master bath remodel. Craftsmen is a “one stop shop” which enabled us to bring our remodel together. Their storefront was very helpful in designing our bathroom. The staff, including the contractors, were fabulous to work with, always professional. Its been a year and we have no regrets.
I had my entire bathroom redone and all the flooring in the main part of the house. That was three years ago and I have ZERO complaints! They kept me in the decision making loop, actually kept me from making choices that would go over my budget (!) , showed up on time every day and the work is beautiful. Highly recommend craftsmen home improvements — specifically kim & jim grethel and their amazing contractor jason. they helped us create the bathroom of our dreams. we wanted a HUGE shower and they absolutely delivered. we’ll be redoing our kitchen in the next few years and won’t hesitate to use them again.
I recently decided on a bathroom remodel. After doing my homework, I realized that there are two basic approaches. A brief (less than a week) resurfacing can be done but had significant limitations. A detailed remodel will take a good bit longer but is well worth it. I contracted with Craftsmen to do the job. Doug was very helpful with planning, Bill supervised the project and Jake and Dustin were true to the business name. They provided skilled and efficient detail to the entire project. They communicated not only their progress but consulted me when different options should be considered. They are true “Craftsmen”. The project was completed to my specifications and I am truly pleased with the quality of work. Yes, you will pay more than when you order a fast surface improvement. But the time and expense is well worth it. Many thanks to the entire Craftsmen team.
